2) map events to help AT users interact with new markup
Accessibility Toolbar from UI shows ARIA widets
-no finished DTD yet,but it's coming
-ARIA is not valid HTML right now, but you can get around this by adding ARIA markup programmatically
-aria-required attribute can be used to replace clunky markup like 
-CITA-UI has ARIA examples
-both JQquery-UI and FLUID and Dojo Javascript libraries have ARIA
(JQuery UI has a little popup thing that can interact w/ server- replace MReports criteria bar popup?)
