Bad TIming
Last night I set my alarm clock for 7:30, but apparently instead of setting it for 7:30 am, I accidentally set it for 7:30 pm. So this morning it did not go off to wake me up for class. I ended up waking up a little bit before 11:00, so I figured it was kind of pointless to go to the first half of TMP, because by the time I got ready I would be there only like a half an hour. So I got up and took my time getting ready and ate lunch. Then I walked down to the art school and as soon as I got there I saw a bunch of people from class that told me that they just got out for lunch and that we were basically done with class for the day. I guess it was just bad timing. So right now I am still at the art school helping arrange our displays.

One More Day!
Tomorrow is the last day of class until SPRING BREAK! I am so relieved to have my watercolor project, my discussion presentation, and my ADP exam over with! I had my exam today and I think I did well. I studied last night with Anna for about and hour, and then got up early this morning to arrange my ideas into organized outlines. I think I studied the perfect amount: not too much, and not too little. My watercolor reproductions also turned out pretty well. I think I had low expectations for my abilities, so I am proud of myself for making them look so much like the originals. Now that all my stresses are gone I am ready for one last night out with my friends before going home for a week. Hopefully things won't get to crazy tonight, because I have class at 9 am.

No Time for Being Tired
I am so happy that this week is half over. I am getting very burnt out from all the stuff I have to do. I barely have time to sleep, and have only been getting like 5 or less hours of sleep per night. I don't even have time to take naps, which I usually rely on to get me through the week. Hopefully after the ADP exam on thursday everything will start to mellow out. I know I have said this before, and I will say it again: I can't wait to go on SPRING BREAK!

3 More Days!
Only three day until Spring Break! I am sooo incredibly excited. The only bad thing is that I have so much stuff to do this week. I have a midterm in ADP to study for. I wasn't expecting it to be that difficult, but today we had a review, and I think I have a lot of work to do to prepare. I also have to finish my watercolors tonight because I have been procrastinating like crazy on doing them. Also, I have to meet with a girl from my American Culture class to talk about leading our discussion tomorrow. I just can't wait until this is all over and I can just be home and relax! :-)

Productive for Once
I am really proud of myself because yesterday was a very productive day. I got all my American Culture reading done (which took like 3 hours), my slideshow for watercolor done and picked my two pieces for recreation, and I did the reading for CFC. Now all I have to do is plan my discussion topics for American Culture and do my two recreations for watercolor. Both are due on wednesday. I also have to study for my ADP exam sometime also. Hopefully all the work I put in yesterday will make this week a whole lot stress-free.

Cramming It All In
Oh my goodness! This week is going to be incredibly stressful! In high school we always had tests the week before spring break, but it was never like this! I have a midterm in ADP on thursday and I have a huge midterm project due for watercolor on wednesday that I haven't even started yet! Today I got a package from home that really made me miss home and want to go on spring break. I can't wait until this madness is over and I can have a week of relaxation!

Girl Fight!
I had a lot of fun on my date last night. We went to Mongolian Barbecue and I got a stir fry with shrimp in it and it was really good. Usually I am not a big fan of fish, but since yesterday was a friday of lent I couldn't eat meat. The only bad part of the date was the fact that we had to walk all the way to Main Street. Also, when we got to my friends dorm two of my friends were fighting. So we had to listen to that for awhile. Hopefully they will be able to work out their issues, but until then there will be a lot of tension within my group of friends.

Date Night
Tonight I am going out on a date with a guy named Tim. I haven't been on a date in SOOO long, and I am actually kind of nervous. I think I am nervous because I don't want him to get the wrong idea. I mean, don't get me wrong, I like Tim, but I am not looking to get into a relationship. I honestly don't have time for a relationship. I am so busy with class, homework, and my job that I barely have time to even hang out with my friends. I make time for them on the weekend, but during the week I am swamped. Hopefully tonight will go well. Tim is a nice guy and easy to talk to, so it should be good.

Happy Anti-Valentines Day
So today is Valentines Day. I have never been a very big fan of Valentines Day, maybe that has something to do with the fact that I never seem to have a valentine. I remember back in the day of elementary school when we would make valentines boxes and give everyone valentines. Back then no one ever felt left out because everyone gave everyone a valentine. Now it seems that if you don't have a valentine you are left out. Hopefully today won't be completely horrible. My single friends and I are going out to dinner to have an Anti-VAlentines Day celebration.

Just Breathe
I just got done with my midterm exam for American CUlture. I feel really relieved to have it over with, but I don't think that I did very well. The exam was 5 shirt answer and 2 essays. She gave us 4 essays, then 3 were on the test, and we picked 2 to respond to. Of course, the essay question that I studied the most for and really wanted to answer was NOT on the exam. So I basically wasted a lot of my time preparing for that question. I know I did really well on the short answer questions, but those only count for 10 points out of the 100 total points. I think I gave a pretty good response to one of the essays, but I don't think my other answer was very strong. I ran out of time towards the end because we only had 50 minutes, so I just stared writing all of my ideas down, and it turned out to be really unorganized. Oh well, hopefully I did alright. I just need to relax and breathe now because the exam is over with and I can't change anything now...

STUDY STUDY STUDY
Right now i am sitting in the blue apple lounge attempting to study. I keep getting distracted though. First my friend from home, Jenny, called and we gossiped for a good 20 minutes. Then I remembered to call my mom and ask if I could go to Florida, which she is not happy about, so I will not be going. Now I have to call my friend Charlotte and let her know that I can't go. Ahh...too many distractions and not enough studying!

STRESS
This week is a very stressful one. I have an exam in American Culture on wednesday and a paper due tomorrow in ADP. Hopefully the rest of my classes will give me a light load this week, because I am already short on time and swamped with projects and other assignments. Also, I have to think of something to teach for my CFC project. AHHH...so stressful!

Such a Bum
I am honestly the bummiest person in the world. It is 8:50 on sunday and I still haven't even started my homework. I have so much to do, but I am such a procrastinator. Ahh...I swear I need a personal trainer to tell me to do my homework and stop being such a lazy piece of crap. Okay, well hopefully I am not up until like 5 in the morning, but I probably will be, so wish me luck!

Unproductive
I have not gotten any school work done this weekend. I keep getting distracted or have other things going on. I am making a list of things I need to do so I can make sure I get everything done:
1. Study for AMCULT exam
2. Watercolor recreations and slideshow
3. ADP readings and 1-2 page analysis
4. CFC Project-Show something I can do
5. Re-do TMP book
I really need to crack down tomorrow...but as for tonight, I am going out with the girls. :-)

Should I Stay or Should I Go?
I don't know if I should go out tonight. I am starting to get sick, but it is thursday, and I really need to go out and blow off some steam. I have been so stressed out with school and work and just everything going on lately. I will probably get peer pressured into going out tonight.
Best Meal of My Life
I ended up going out last night, against my better judgement. It was really NOT fun. We went to a friends house and just sat around. The one good thing about the night was when we ordered Mr. Pizza. We were only a block away so we went in and they pulled our cheese bread right out of the oven. Being the fatasses we are, we sat in the building and ate it. It was honestly the best cheese bread of my life.

I've Had a Hard Day
Today is the longest day of my life. I had AMCULT, then I watched "Birth of a Nation", the worst movie of all time, then I had AMCULT discussion, then watercolor, and now I am working on my CFC project. Good god this day needs to be done.

Overwhelmed
I just got done with my ADP lecture, where we turned in our first paper of the semester. It is a relief to have it completed, but I do not think I wrote a good paper. Then today we got another assignment for a 7-10 page research paper. I feel like the work will never end. As soon as I finish one thing, I get another thing thrown at me.

SYSTEM OVERLOAD! ABORT! ABORT!
I am suffering from homework overload! I have about 3 hours of reading for AMCULT, a project for Watercolor, a paper, readings, and a project for ADP, 2 projects and a reading for CFC, and the little book project for TMP. AHHH! I am stressing out! I have no idea how I will get all of this done. There is just not enough time!

Dancing Queen
Oh my goodness, last night was SO much fun. We ended up going to the dance party, and it was such a good time. The music was good and everyone was hyper and crazy. Also I saw about twelve people from art school there which was weird, because I never see art school people when I go out. The only bad thing is my legs are a little sore from dancing in heels all night.

I am really excited to go out tonight. All of my friends went home for friday night, and tonight they will be back! We are having girls night, so there won't be any boyfriends tagging along. I think we are going to a dance party, so I am super excited to just get crazy with all my favorite people!

Time is A-Flyin'
I can't believe that it is already February! Time is going so fast! First semester flew by, and this semester is going just as quickly. In less than a month I will be going on spring break for a week, and after that there will only be about two months left in the semester before summer break! Wow, it's crazy how time flies!
