Introduction to David's Movie Blog
Hey All,
I'm not very good at much, but one thing I excel at is watching movies. I find that I can judge pretty well whether a movie is going to be good or not based on how a trailer (movie preview) looks. So I will spend the bulk of my blog blogging about upcoming films that look particularly interesting or entertaining to me.
This blog will however not be a summary of movies to come out. This blog will contain up to date insight on why I think a film will do well or not. This info includes actors' history, background on the storyline of the movie, directors past and future projects, as well as any other pertinent information.
All of this requires a lot of research from the sites that know movies best. These include rottentomatoes.com, imdb.com (internet movie database) and ew.com (entertainment weekly). All of them provide career path stats on actors, producers, directors, production companies, et cetera.
All of this will be supplemented by my own opinions and past perspectives, this is of course the heart of the blog. If you wanted to hear which movies were coming out, you could just search the internet. Come here for a deeper background on some of the potential blockbusters.
