Action Plan, Labor Day - One Month to Go

Hello - hope you had a nice long weekend.
I will be presenting information about the October Get In The Car Trips to leadership at Faithpoint Community Church in Adrian on Sunday 9/13, 10:00 am. This would be a good time for you to meet our other team leaders and maybe another team member or two! The presentation will be after the church service, and of course your families are welcome. It might be good for them to meet us as well - less anxiety! :-)
There is a complete team meeting (for both teams) on Saturday, September 19th, around 1:00 pm. At this point is looks like we will be meeting in Plymouth - it's a midway point between the farthest members. I will be going to the meeting from Lansing. Again, your families are welcome, too. There will be other youth there as well, some of whom have been on mission trips with us. :-)
And lastly, I will need your application as soon as possible. Have you spoken to your church about sponsoring your fee or perhaps asked the congregation to help with GITC's gas funds? We will need the $160.00 missionary investment by 9/19. If you cannot make this deadline, I will gladly pay for you in advance, and we can work out a payment schedule. :-)
I have an application here if you need one. Our first week team is up to 9 members now!
