At this point I am starting to “forward” reflect, anticipating how I will feel, trying to override how I currently feel. The level of response is not what I had hoped for, and I am beginning to wonder if that is truly a reflection on me. I mean, I’m not sure I would follow me anywhere if I wasn’t the team leader. I feel that we need at least one more male on the first week, and 3 more team members on the second week. It’s just something I see in our team’s future. Of course, I’m not about to turn down any woman’s help, I just feel GOD has another man out there for us somewhere on the fringe who just needs a little convincing: someone not too sure of their own value and worth. I’m a little put out that I feel that strongly about it. I know that GOD’s positioned me by the elbow, pointing toward that conclusion. I haven’t shared that with my other team leaders yet, because I haven’t found a plausible way to present it. I just keep sending out notices, wording them a little different, asking for a slightly different outcome, a slightly different emotional investment.
