Action Plan: Pre-Meeting Jitters
9/16, still ...
JK: Hi. Wondering. Do we have a bunch application packets already done or should I print and collate some? How many?
>> KM: I will make them.
JK: Do you have the suggested list of items to bring? I know I had one in one of my packets, but I can't find it. I want to make sure we give that out, too.
>> KM: We have one.
JK: I have the spiritual worksheet to include, also. So, I'll make copies of that. I think I gave you a copy of that at our last official meeting. Anything else administrative I can do from down here? Are we going to provide some munchies at the meeting?
>> KM: Name tags. Brownies, coffee, etc.
JK: Do you have a camera? We should start taking pictures early. They will fit into the book idea of how a team forms. :-)
>> KM: Yes, I have a camera.
JK: And lastly, how are you doing?
>> KM: At this point I have no clue… How are you?
