Action Plan: Team Time

Hello all, and GET IN THE CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Get In The Car October teams’ organizational meeting is scheduled for this Saturday, September 19th, 3:00 pm at New Hope Church at 53245 Van Dyke, Shelby Township, MI 48316.
If you are traveling with us please plan on attending. Bring your completed forms if you have them. We will have forms available if you do not have them. Please make checks payable to “New Hope UMC” with "Get In The Car" in the memo line.
If you are interested in joining the team, mission work or are just curious please join us.
After the team meeting, at 6:00 pm, Get In The Car is helping out with a benefit dinner/dance for a friend of ours.
All receiving this email are invited to join us for an evening of food/friends and music.
Dave and his family lost their home and everything they own, including their cars, to a fire a few weeks ago. All the family members are ok and are thankful it was just possessions that were lost. We are reaching out to help Dave and his family and hope you will be able to join us for the evening.
Dave’s band will be providing the music (he is a very talented musician and was once our music director) and the music will be from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.
