One Week to Go
9/23: 4:14 pm: to KM: Hello.
We are just a week away from your visit and I thought I would check in with you. The following is the information I have on your group. Please verify your information and let me know if your volunteer count is still the same:
Get In The Car 8 & 9; October 4 – 10, 2009
Volunteers :16 (8/week) Team Leaders: KM & JK, EM
Please let me know if you will be brining your Medical Liability forms with you. If you could fax me your skills survey form I will make sure the Site Manager gets it in time to schedule your teams’ job.
I do need to make one change though. I will be out of town the weekend you arrive so please call KW instead on Sunday morning and let him know about what time you will be arriving and then call him again when you are about one hour away.

KM: 10:07 am to NSDR: We have a total of 9 people coming down the first week:5 women and 4 men. We will be using 3 vehicles. We will bring our forms, I will fax you our skill survey on Monday.

Thanks Kathy. One more thing, we were notified yesterday by our Baton Rouge office that we are getting new cell phones with different numbers some time next week. I am going to give the new number and also the old just in case. Thanks.
