Action Plan Wheeling into August

Attached is an excel spreadsheet of the 40 churches and businesses I sent announcements to. I mailed them all Saturday morning. :-)
How is the Spirit's Fire Bike Ride looking? I forwarded you & E an email from a past team member who said she would like to ride, so you should contact her with details.

I have a question about age limits for our trip. Youth up to what age must be accompanied by parent?

KM: Volunteers must be at least 14 years old (Ages 14 - 16, 1 adult per 3 youth; Ages 16 - 18, 1 adult per 5 youth, Ages 18 - 24, 1 adult per 10 students. All adults must be 25 years old!)
Notes: It's August already! Still gathering details, organizing fundraising, recruiting volunteers, and praying we are on the right path.
