Move-In Day
Well, I moved in to my dorm room (16th floor, oh boy) at NYU today at about 9:30 am...woke my roommate up, of course. Her first impression of me was me saying "we have our own bathroom? baller." Haha I would. She's a Sophomore from UCLA and is here to work in a hospital. We have a bed and desk for a third roommate who has yet to show up/exist, so we'll see.
After unpacking, I walked down to visit Jillyn at Public and just look around town a bit. It's amazing how different the neighborhoods are from other parts of town like times square. I feel overwhelmed, but in a good way, like I wish I could see everything while I'm here. Two months is really going to fly.
