Del.icio.us: A New Twist on What Tastes Good
Del.icio.us: A New Twist on What Tastes Good
I was very skeptical when we were asked to tag websites daily. What does tagging even mean? And how would this be useful to me? Yet here I am at the end of the semester, and I use my delicious bookmarks daily. I have organized them so that even what I can't remember a website, for example a crossword puzzle website, I can still easily locate it. I have tagged my websites in multiple ways. For instance, websites having to do with the University of Michigan are tagged under umich, Michigan, and sometimes even college.

The tool bar was convenient to install, and easy to use. I liked the recommended tags, because it helped give me a sense in the beginning of how to categorize my favorite pages. Overall Del.icio.us has been one of the most useful internet tools I have used. I can now look at my bookmarks from whatever computer I am at. It sure does feel Delicious.
