ADP BLOG SOUVENIER..?

This was a braclet that my friend bought me during her trip to Italy last summer. It's is from the Vatican and is made with hand carbed wood beads. It also contains a cross suggesting religion and says the Vatican on it.
In a larger social context, souveniers are a part of a lot of social groups and a part of people and their culture for the most part. Almost everytime a tourist goes into a different city, country, state, etc. they are tempted to buy souveniers to remind them of where they have been and remind other people of where they have been. It's a part of tourism and a part of culture within humans, therefore making souvenier shopping very social.

here's the link to my article...

This article talked about the catholic religion and how it is so prominent in the Vatican. It relates to my souvenier braclet because that was the whole point of the bracelt, to promote their relgion and to take something from the city pertaining to that and spreading the catholic word. The article also talked about the catholic religion's global membership and how is ties everyone together in a social context.
