Preconference Seminar: Learning Spaces
Since things change so fast, seems like it is better not to throw all the money at the same time into a technology blackhole the learning space can become. But then, grant deadlines do not allow that. They want you to spend the money by a certain date and thats that!
Evolution of spaces is really challenged by this grant deadline constraint.
